All orders require 1–3 business days for processing. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

Free collection is also available upon request.

Emergency next-day deliveries may be possible but are subject to availability & will require an additional cost.

Return, Refunds & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns.

Please Note: In the event that we are not available for your preferred date and time of your event, you will be issued a full refund. Refunds are processed immediately and will reflect in your account within 1-3days.

If your event is cancelled, a the full value of your purchase will be credited as a coupon to be used toward your next event. This coupon has no cash value and is non-transferable.
